Refund Policy
Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and engagement terms.
1. Custom Services
Every LuxePresence engagement is custom. From the initial discovery through architecture, build, education, and deployment, every system we create is designed specifically for your brand, your workflows, and your clientele. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, all services rendered are non-refundable.
2. Work Begins Immediately
Once an engagement is initiated and a Service Agreement is executed, our team begins allocating resources, conducting research, and designing systems tailored to your operation. This work begins immediately and the expertise, time, and intellectual effort invested from the first day cannot be recovered or reassigned. For this reason, deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding phase of work has commenced.
3. Third-Party Costs
Certain engagements may involve third-party tools, platforms, licenses, or services procured on your behalf. Payments made to third-party providers are disbursed directly to those parties at the time of procurement and are non-refundable through LuxePresence. Any refund eligibility for third-party services is subject to that provider’s own policies.
4. Consultations
Initial consultations are provided at no cost and carry no financial obligation. There is nothing to refund for the consultation itself.
5. Engagement Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an active engagement, cancellation terms are outlined in your individual Service Agreement. In general, work completed up to the point of cancellation is non-refundable, and any deliverables produced to that point will be provided to you. Fees for work not yet commenced may be eligible for credit toward future engagement at our discretion.
6. Our Commitment to Getting It Right
While we do not offer refunds on completed work, we are deeply committed to delivering systems that meet and exceed your expectations. Every engagement includes iterative review cycles, and we work closely with your team throughout the process to ensure the final result is exactly what your brand needs. If something isn’t right, we want to know about it so we can make it right.
7. Concerns and Disputes
If you have concerns about the quality of work delivered or fees charged, we encourage you to contact us directly at hello@luxepresence.com. We take every concern seriously and will work with you personally to find a resolution.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
