2. Services Overview

LuxePresence designs and implements intelligent client experience systems for luxury and premium brands. Our services include but are not limited to intelligent client communication systems, concierge operations, custom agent design and education, smart escalation design, workflow integration, and ongoing system refinement.

All engagements are custom and begin with a private consultation. Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee engagement or create a contractual obligation on either party.

3. Engagement and Scope

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement provided after the consultation process. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and general interactions with LuxePresence. The Service Agreement governs the specifics of any active engagement.

4. Confidentiality

We understand that the information you share with us during consultations and engagements is sensitive and proprietary. LuxePresence maintains strict confidentiality protocols. We will not disclose your business information, client data, operational details, or system specifications to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

This commitment to confidentiality extends to all members of our team and any subcontractors involved in your engagement, each of whom is bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of LuxePresence or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

Intellectual property rights related to custom systems built during an engagement are addressed in the applicable Service Agreement.

6. Payment and Fees

All fees, payment schedules, and billing terms will be clearly outlined in your Service Agreement prior to any financial commitment. LuxePresence does not charge for initial consultations.

7. Client Data and Privacy

During the course of an engagement, LuxePresence may have access to your client data and business systems. We handle all such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any additional data handling terms specified in your Service Agreement. We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your clients’ data with third parties for any purpose beyond delivering the services you have engaged us to provide.
